No Fix No Fee Agreement

1. No Fix, No Fee Guarantee:
   The Service Provider hereby guarantees that if the agreed-upon website services are not successfully completed or the issue reported by the Client remains unresolved, the Client will not be charged any fees for the specific services or issue in question.
2. Scope of Guarantee:
   2.1 This Guarantee applies solely to the services and issues explicitly identified and agreed upon in the service agreement or work order between the Parties.
   2.2 The Service Provider reserves the right to determine the feasibility of a successful resolution and whether the issue falls within the scope of this Guarantee.
3. Service Provider's Obligations:
   3.1 The Service Provider shall employ its best efforts, expertise, and resources to resolve the agreed-upon website services or issues within the agreed-upon timeframe.
   3.2 If the Service Provider determines that the issue is unable to be resolved or the agreed-upon services cannot be completed, the Client will be promptly notified, and no fees shall be charged to the Client for such unsuccessful services.
4. Client's Obligations:
   4.1 The Client shall provide all necessary information, access, and cooperation as reasonably required by the Service Provider to perform the website services.
   4.2 The Client acknowledges that this Guarantee shall not apply in cases where the Client has provided inaccurate or incomplete information, failed to provide necessary access, or hindered the Service Provider's ability to perform the agreed-upon services.
5. Limitations:
   5.1 This Guarantee is limited to the specific website services and issues covered under the service agreement or work order between the Parties.
   5.2 This Guarantee shall not apply to any new issues or services not explicitly included in the original service agreement or work order.
6. Entire Agreement:
   This Guarantee, along with the service agreement or work order between the Parties, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
   This Guarantee shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Guarantee shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
